You really hit and miss with staff here. Time 1pm - Fri 17nov - go in asking honest advice about which product is going to work best for me. The man pushes thier Home brand on me and rubbished other brands saying the only reason people like them (canna in this instance) is coz of marketing. Took his advice even though he made it super clear that he was interested in product with most margin of profit. After buying I went onto this stores website and found the same product cheaper at RRP and ALSO on sale. Let's just cut a long story short and say when I went in an hour later and respectfully asked for the price to be same as the website.. I was sworn at.. spoken to aggressively.. told the items ship from somewhere else (which I don't believe because you can't even find the product they sold me ANYWHERE else online). And why would a product that's shipped cost less than one that's picked up? After asking for a refund (this is all within an hour or so) and being denied I said I am going to have to call Fair trading. And his response was "are you threating me". Funnily enough went I went to leave he gave me the money. The 7$ that the item was listed online cheaper for. All in all , it's 2017, can't treat people like that. Won't be back.
