We had a wonderful stay at Meriton . The room was beautiful and the location was just great. We would certainly stay there again next time. Impressed by the outstanding customer service that your front desk girl named Amanda has provided. She is very helpful. Her kind gesture and hospitality has been beyond satisfaction. Surprisingly the kind gesture with wine and card by Meriton team on birthday occasion is meant to be appreciated . Thanks for making our day so memorable with the good service provided. I liked the interiors, outdoors, facilities and overall cleanliness of the hotel. I expected to get a suite filled with lights (especially in the bedroom) at the time of booking as per studio suite images on the website. However our suite had some light entering the dining area and bedroom was completely dark. It was a different room than the one I saw in the images. But we didnt complain and accepted it. We didnt have intercom phone to ring the reception. For every little thing we had to go downstairs to the reception. We went out on the second day in the morning expecting for the housekeeping to come in our absence. When we came back, no housekeeping was done. I asked the reception and they informed that they dont do housekeeping every day. It was shocking to hear for a 5 star hotel. Even 2 star hotels do housekeeping every day. Also, we wanted to use the laundry on the second night. Laundry wasnt turning on. We tried for a while and decided to do it next morning as it was past 10:00pm and thought there would be no one at the reception. We went to reception next morning. After we explained about the laundry, receptionist didnt apologise even once for our inconvenience and just explained that there are two power buttons one is inside the laundry and the other outside. This description wasnt mentioned in the manual so we couldnt imagine there are two power buttons. If we knew we could have done our laundry previous night. We booked a 5 star hotel for a 5 star experience but it was barely 1 star. Worse than any hotel I stayed so far. Will never stay here again and dont recommend this hotel to others.

We had a staycation here and absolutely loved it. Fully equipped kitchen (even with salt and pepper!), stunning view and a bathtub, can you ask for more? Supreme location, close to Westfield and other restaurants and shops. Suitable for birthday parties, staycation and hens parties.
