        They couldnt help me in store and said that a member of Medibank will call me. They havent. I cant log into the app. Ive been on hold for an hour trying to talk to someone. The messaging service is useless. I havent had 1 good experience with Medibank and do not Re commend this company purely because of the poor customer service.

        Worst costumer service ever! I was blown away by Janethe assistant, was quite rude since the beginning and had no knowledge about my policy. Unfortunately, I had to go back to claim the same reimbursement because she didnt send it through the first time, and got treated with the same rudeness, once more by the same assistant
