        I have struggled with gut issues for years and I think this has been closely linked to some poor periods of mental health. Having seen Kate (in conjunction with som psychotherapy) in the last 3 months I feel better than I have in years, I'm also noticing my fitness improving dramatically and energy levels much better than before. Highly recommend :)

        Dr Kate is amazing. Within 6 weeks she had me feeling better than I had in 15 years. I had sought opinions from every specialist and tried every manner of conventional medicine without any convincing improvement. She is incredibly knowledgeable, personable and caring. She is very responsive and helpful outside of appointment times when required. I am thrilled that I ventured outside of my comfort zone and went to see an integrative Dr. If only all doctors were like Dr Kate.
