        Bought a bouquet of roses for my partner over $100 worth and unfortunately were not dethorned. Was very difficult placing them in a vase as I was trying not to cut myself. The minimum a florist should do is dethron there roses. When advised him of my disappointment he said he was not able to do anything for me. Will not be purchasing flowers from here again.

        Not helpful at all! I asked for delivery to a business just around the corner from them. It needed to be from 12pm as the recipients business opened at 12pm. Website says delivery 9am - 5pm, but apparently 12pm onwards was not possible. Ill take my business elsewhere!
