We have received our first full period electricity account since installation and we received a $57 credit, so quite happy with that result. Our only disappointment is finding that the initial cost appears to have been excessive. The same size installations are being completed for $2,000 less.

The sales pitch. Very optimistic in terms of possible/probable revenue from feed-in. In reality, in my area if you opt for high FIT, you more you pay for grid power. Ill have to wait for a couple of bills to see what the actual saving is. Installation Quick - 3 hours. Good communications. However, my aircon didnt work after the installation. My aircon man came and fixed it: one of the phases to the aircon hadnt been reconnected. Furthermore, a repeat visit by a Clean Power electrician was required to correct the setup of the three phase smart meter. Initially it showed that no surplus power was being fed to the grid. Finally, the the iSolarCloud app still doesnt work properly. The circular diagram of the power flows between solar system, house and grid seems to indicate correctly but the bar charts do not, showing 0% self consumption at all times. So in summary, head office seems to have its act together apart from the unrealistic sales pitch, but the electrical installation can only be described as poor.

A very good company and friendly staff from our first meeting to completion of the installation. When I had a question after completion they answered it straight away. Would easily recommend Clean Power Australia to anyone who wanted new or replacement solar.

Cleanpower were great! Great service and turned up on time, professional installation and now enjoying the power savings from solar. Would definitely recommend!

The sign up process was quick and easy. I got the most basic package but they had lots of options and payment plans. The guys who came to install the panels were super nice. They got the job done fast and took all the mess from my old panels away. They went through what they had done and how to work the system and app. Super impressed with the quality of work and their professionalism. Absolutely recommend Clean Power if your after solar.
