I had a minor procedure that took no more than two minutes and was shocked at the $460 charge with $120 refund from medicare. I feel ripped off. In hindsight I could have found a GP to do such a minor procedure without that cost. I also agree with the previous feedback regarding Susans communication. This is a dermatologist I will never return to.

I feel Susan Sinclair was directly responsible for saving my wifes life. Weve been married almost 15 yrs with 2 kids. If what was deemed probably nothing wasnt checked just to be sure, Id have been lucky to have my wife for 2 yrs. Ive personally lost a friend to melanoma. He was just 27 and a talented skater, tradesman and full of life. People whinge of cost, sure it costly, but Im in the surgery now awaiting my regular checks. Who, on their death bed, rejoices on saving a few hundred bucks??!
