I agree completely with the review above. Dean Brown and his company half finished a job of laying vinyl which started curling and bubbling on the edges after one night. He refused to finish to job without me paying double again for plumbers to move furniture a second time. This guy is a complete shonk. I have been through CTTT and they have ordered him to fully refund me, but I am still chasing the money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Dean Brown of Solomons Flooring Bondi junction took a deposit of $600 for a $1600 purchase on my credit card. The carpet laying job in the serviced apartment was awful. Dean inspected the job and agreed that it needed to be repaired. Dean agreed to a date two weeks later to have the work repaired. Access is difficult due to vacancies being short. The layer did not show. Dean was contacted to ask why he did not attend. He said we would find out. Three weeks later Dean called to ask when the apartment could be fixed. I advised the apartment was now leased and it would be difficult to get access. I asked him to give me a date in writing. I did not hear from Dean again. Three months later I found that Dean Brown of Solomons Flooring of Bondi Junction had charged $1015 to my credit card without authorisation. He did not have written or verbal approval. He did not issue an invoice or a receipt. I reported the matter to the Police and called David Chapel, the NSW manager. David advised that he told Dean that it was a civil matter and I would have to chase them through the CTTT. He then hung up on me.
