BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Extract from NCAT (Tribunal) decision: The Tribunal is satisfied that the report prepared by the Respondent (Mr Nakhla, SJN Building Consultants) was SUFFICIENTLY INACCURATE and NOT PREPARED with the requisite CARE, SKILL and DILIGENCE .... Mr Nakhla's Expert Witness Report was inaccurate, false and contained misleading statements. My many attempts with Mr Nakhla and his office to correct the Report with evidentiary information I had provided, were ignored. Mr Nakhla just wouldn't listen and treated my pleas with contempt not worthy of consideration. If there was an option to give zero stars, this would be a gross overstatement.

WARNING. Do not use this company. Do not pay in advance. I met Steven on site back in July 2022 and I still haven't got a completed report. no scott schedule although I paid over $8000.00 in advance for both.. Stephen was unable to get a plumber to my site for 6 months. Castle Plumbing whom he recommended. I have to find my own plumber and met them on-site without a scope or direction. yet he is the 'expert". Doesn't return calls although I called on 16 occasions to get a copy of the draft report. I had to beg and beg the receptionist to get my draft report if there was an option to giver Zero"STARS I WOULD!!

Detailed pre-handover inspection profressional performed. I wouldn't notice the defects without SJN, the vendor can now fix the defects accordingly. Definitely worth using SJN service.
