        Waited for 25 mins for just a simple inquiry, the teller ended up asking me unnecessary questions and completely did not answer my question in the first place. Very disappointing, I could have saved my time just calling customer service.

        I used my ING Direct Bank Card to withdraw some money, but the ATM shuts itself down before I can enter my pin and captured my card. I called ANZ customer care to report this issue, all I got was "why you contact ANZ when you are using a non ANZ card" with a very impolite tone. I asked them if I can get my card back, they said "you have to call ING Direct to confirm that", I was like, whaaaaaaa?!
