I took my 3 month old son to see Alex after he has been extremely unsettled since birth. Alex picked up on a medical issue that no one else had and referred us on to the appropriate specialist. This, combined with several techniques he showed to help with my son have changed my baby completely. Feeling very blessed to cross paths with this knowledgeable, beautiful human.

Alex knew exactly what exercises were required for my lower back pain and explained everything clearly he genuinely wanted to fix my prolonged back pain. 2 visits was all I needed!
