Dr Wei Lu

As a new patient of Dr Lu, I found her to do a very thorough health history and keen to sort out any medical issues I had. She is very informative and happy to do any tests you may require. Very refreshing. Thank you Dr Lu for looking after my whole familys medical needs.

I have lived on the Mountain for 5 years now and have been attending Dr Lu for all of that time. I am very pleased to have her as our family GP. She has always been courteous, thorough, professional and compassionate. She runs late like most GPs and Specialists unfortunately that cannot be avoided sometimes. She is a strong advocate for her patients I have witnessed this many times. I am RN of many years and would not waste my time with someone I did not trust. I wish her and her team all the very best.

Dr Lu is such an amazing Dr. She is thorough, caring and makes sure the diagnosis is correct. Highly reccomend her.

After my childhood doctor closed down it took a long time to find another doctor that I loved. Dr Lu is fantastic and actually listens to patients needs. Also big plus that she is one of the only doctors in the lower mountains that still bulk bills. Would recommend Dr Lu to anyone

Definitely would not recommend, book an appointment and still wait up to 1.5hrs, rushes when your inside, average appointment time is about 9 mins & 20 mins if you book extended time. Not compassionate or sensitive to your needs, worst doctor I've ever seen. No I'm sorry but it wasn't a bad day, it was many bad days, and there was no emergency or complicated sickness before me, just always running late & rushing me out of her room every time. I gave the Dr many appointments / chances to make it up to me but every time I came, nothing, I was so polite and understanding every time but there is only so much someone will put up with, she just kept saying "we don't have enough time today, just make another appointment" maybe she shouldn't have so many appointments, then she wouldn't run late or stop taking new patients or get another Dr to help her. I just expect quality time when I go to see my Dr once a year for a check up and have booked extended appointment, but I had to come back about 5 times for her to give me my yearly routine check up.
