Car Man Kev

My friend recently bought a car from here in around 8k and it suddenly stopped to accelerate following 3 days of buying. When we saw the car to mechanic he said there is a problem with whole transmission box and he said it shouldnt be happened suddenly there should be a some big problems from before. When we try to contact this Car Man Kev, they said thats not there problem and they cant guarantee the car condition cause it was 2008 AD. Really disappointed.

I don't usually write reviews, but in this case I really wanted other people to know of my positive experience buying a used car from Kevin at Car Man Kev. I have experience in sales myself, and I drove onto the car lot prepared to wade through all manner of sales tactics in my effort to evaluate if the car I was interested in was right for me. But I got absolutely no tactics. In fact, Kevin's last comment before I left was, "If it's meant to be, it will be." And I really felt that from him, which took the pressure right off. What separates Kevin from other salesmen is that he has been doing this for a while, so he has absolutely no need to be pushy. He also has the ability to acknowledge the limitations of the car he's selling, without trying to change a potential buyer's mind. This creates enormous trust. Kevin also encouraged me to fully test drive the car, and then do the research I needed to do afterwards to make sure this was the right car for me. Finally, Kevin was also able to work with the trade-in I offered, and we came up with an extremely fair price that worked for everybody. I have come away from my purchase feeling that Car Man Kev is an extremely honest and fair establishment, and that Kevin is a genuinely decent bloke who is actually helping customers like me make informed and no-pressure choices about buying an affordable used car.
