      • The crusty old hag next door

        Avoid, Avoid! Ordered a drill bit they contacted me said they didnt have it in stock it would be delivered to their store the next order they received. This took almost 3 weeks then it was sent using TNT it took 4 weeks for TNT to deliver. They dont specify on their website what items are special orders & how long the orders take. Read the fine print on their refunds & returns its the opposite of what Dept of Fair Trading tell you.

        Excellent over the phone service. My online order was processed and dispatched same-day but was very delayed by Aus Post's (COVID backlog). I called up and asked if I could pay for another part, have it sent by a courier then return the Aus Post delivery when it finally arrived (for a refund). It wasn't a problem and the new part was couriered out that afternoon. Can fault Australia post, Can't fault the Gasweld Tools Service.
