Poor service, rude employees with no empathy. First time I have ever been in this situation and they were no help. Put my son and I out on the street over Easter, with no money and no assistance and told us to have a good weekend.

Oh dear this government organisation has been difficult to contact, I've had a lease review due and cannot, even after trying really hard to phone I cannot talk to a human it's impossible. The website is a very difficult os to navigate and going to the office to take a ticket an waiting for ever just to be told its another department to get more paperwork. Please note the personal I did speak to were kind and helpful but it has been a horrible errand

I had such poor help from a male officer working on my case plan. Please teach your workers its their job to be respectful & responsible for the care of their clients. If you cannot do your job please quit and find elsewhere, its a hard job but you got it for a reason thats to help people in need. Ridiculous work blacktown facs males have over the phone.

I guess its just the luck of the drawer whether or not you are provided a case worker that is efficient and works professionally. Unfortunately I have not had an experience like this with the case worker JORDAN STOUT and her manager BRIANNA. After many messages to said caseworker we had organised a mediation upon arriving to mediation JORDAN and BRIANNA both explained to me that FACS would not be involved in this matter even thought 5 weeks prior the Judge had ordered FACS to hold a mediation. Brianna then began trying to explain her point of view, she said and I quote we are not ethically involved so to me I hear, we are leagally involved but to lazy. People like this should not be in a job that provides care for young vulnerable children, that have no care nor empathy and this is just a regular jo blo job for them. Really disappointed in blacktown FACS.

Blacktown Department of Communities are so polite and understanding Jessica was so professional and understanding I was floored how nice Jessica was thank u for listening and giving advise and looking into what is needed just moved in. way different then orange thanking you. you are wonderful
