Bought a shoe from them. Got home opened it and found that it was defective called them the next day 20 times no one ever picks up the phone here. Unfortunately, they don't know what customer service means.

I went to the store to buy a gift! On the internet it says that the store closes at 5:30 pm I came back at 5:21 and they wouldn't let me change! I live super far from the store! I didn't bother to go in! I just wish they changed a number! I was told that from 5:20 onwards, customers cannot enter the store anymore! So, please put up a sign or post this information on the internet!

Worst customer service by Jacks store Manager. I entered in the store 2 days before 5.20pm was not having any clue what time they closed. 2 guys were standing at the entrance no one informed me either. I bought 2 hoodies and a Tshirt i wanted to try but the Blond tall lady came and said we have closed the try room. So i could not try my Tshirt at all when i went at home was trying to wear my new tshirt it was loose and I wanted to exchange it to S size Jack so called Manager told me he cant change it refused to exchange by telling me this is not our policy. You are not the only store in Australia this all over the world there is a exchange policy I know i have removed the tag but i have brought the tag along. I wish i could give you zero star for your pathetic service and your resist staff but thats not the option. Big No for your store
