These catering managers should change because they rude to the delivery driver and front of them they said to put the things in cold room it should not repeated .

This facility is fantastic. We were in such a hard place trying to find our mum respite care as Nepean Hospital was demanding our elderly mother, who is 76 years old, who had a total knee replacement surgery who was getting discharged from hospital. They wanted to charge us $60 dollars a day. My sister and I met the manager (Shane). He was so helpful right away after hearing our problem at the hospital. Our mum had her own room with a bathroom, and it was a very big clean room with a couch and wardrobe with a bedside table. The food is cooked fresh each day at the facility. The nursing staff and physiotherapist were so kind and supportive towards our mother. We didn't get this back at the hospital. We highly recommend this aged care facility as our mum was happy too.

The manager is very rude and uncaring. He told me to find different accommodation for aged parent the day before he died after I dared to asked about missing dentures. 5 days after my other parent died he told me he hated my family and never met a family as bad as mine after I asked how I could obtain a cause of death certificate. He and his deputy tried to have me removed as my parents guardian then threatened that he would request a public trustee. As far as staff goRNs were nice but some carers told parent to empty their bowel in their pants and carers would clean them up later. Parent complained of not having a shower for four days even though parent asked for one numerous times. I will be writing a formal complaint to management/owners and aged care ombudsman.

I ranjot singh not afraid to say that i was doing job from agency and my days was 26,27,28 and 29 and on 29 i have bad day on 29 because I went to do work and catering manager was very aggressive while seeing my face and other employees was laughing and i feel nervous, but still I start my work after few minutes the catering manager was saying something like laughing and abusing and indicating to me but not straight forward saying but saying to other people and standing forward of me but i feel that she indicated to me and i have done half cleaning and i have gone to locker to take my bag and i have taken my timesheet and gone to catering manager and said sorry i cant work and please sign my pervious work done sign and she refused to do and i said to her ..so sorry I cant work and I leave the campus and i came to car and suddenly I think should i also informed to facility manager and manager ask what happened and I said I cant work and i feel bad because cater Manager i s not treated good form morning and he ask that what please wait i call to catering manager and after few minutes the manager came said i have broken the jugs and I said to her I already ask that by mistake my hand was wet and suddenly i goes on floor and i was broken and I already said that i happened suddenly and i does not feel to do it and facility manager said me that you are grown up students doing work form agency but he written on my timesheet that I missed abused to manager but if i have done anything wrong so why I leave the campus because i my whole and i understand about rule about age care that if you feel bad form emotional and physical so you can feel that campusand i have done but i have not done any mistakes..and the jugs was borken suddenly I dont feel to do , but most important rle facilities manager i shouldnt to solve problems but he launched and said to me i have lot of staff and i informed to agency that please kick him out form your agency and also said that he is my best friend and he will do it and after all things i came out and after few seconds my company AJN call to me and said please come to companies I want to talk about and I said sorry I dont want to continue and I humble request to other agencies employees that if u wanted to destroy your future come in hardi and do work in kitchen hand thanks .I only request to hardi age care if you see my review please solve it
