I stayed 5 years at a Parra property managed by them . They are one of the best. Always prompt action, listening to tenants concerns, resolving the issues on time and always sharing the updates. Like to mention about Shane and later last 4 years Nadia - these are one of the best.

I would rate 0 if I had the option to . Was waiting outside the property for 10 mins but the buzzer didnt work . When the real estate agent came down his reply was sorry mate I didnt hear anything and I have other properties to go so try next time . Worst service . Would never recommend this to anyone

*Zero Stars* I would NOT recommend this place to manage your rental properties as they authorise repairs without your knowledge, pay your rental income to others by mistake and are not apologetic or keen to help resolve any issues that they caused. Council and water bills that they said they would transfer from previous agent to themselves never happened and I was stuck having to pay hundreds of $$$ of interest and late payment fees. I would HIGHLY recommend Best Real Estate in the surrounding area instead- they are amazing!
