First National Real Estate Blacktown

This real estate issued $10,645.91 invoice to my family member (the tenant) as end of lease repair fees. I called and sent emails to understand the breakdown of this amount on behave of the family and they said the amount is correct. On th second call they said the amount is incorrect and that they will send the finally amount. They email an amount of $2220 which later was verbally revised to $940~ when I visited their office but they failed to send the final invoice and kept demanding money or they will blacklist my family member. Throughout my interaction with Cloe she choses when to speak to me or send me an email but other times she will say I dont have an authority to speak on behalf of the family although I told her the family is not computer literate and cant respond to her emails. I also called the family member in front of her to give verbal authorisation. I found Cloe to unprofessional and definitely she can benefit from cultural sensitivity training if thats something management can invest in.
