Blacktown General Practice

The receptionist lady made me feel discriminated she didnt tell other patient who was with her mother that time didnt wear a mask while the mother is wearing one , I feel picked on coz she didnt care about the patient who larger then me.. is she on that other patient side coz she feel hate toward skinnier patient?

It was a lovely place years ago but now they have Rude old ladies at reception and few gp doctors are from overseas which are furthest thing you can get from normal decent person

I have been bringing my elderly mum to this practice for many years and she has always been provided with a high standard of care by the doctors. The receptionist Cheryl goes above and beyond with looking after any rebookings as well as providing an exceptional service in a very busy environment. I would highly recommend this practice for the caring and lovely service they provide.

The receptionists here are always beyond rude. On this particular instance (29/12) I asked if my brother and I could have a mask as there were signs saying they had to be worn and the younger lady told me no. So I then went and sat down. She then asked the elderly receptionist to yell out across the practice for my brother and I to wear a mask, so we then went and bought some. Once back I counted (no exaggeration) 10 people both coming in and leaving the practice not wearing a mask. I have no issue with mask wearing. My issue is them targeting and putting us on show when we politely asked for one, and then serving several people after us and not caring. I can see from other reviews we are not the only who have had issues with these ladies.
