Priceline Pharmacy

Will make you wait 50 mins for a simple antibiotic script only to tell you after waiting so long that they need to order it in. Made me way late for a 2pm appointment. Useless

Rang through in the morning and booked for the COVID vaccine. Travelled 30 min and got to the place, was asked to wait while the pharmacist serves other customers, after waiting 25 min, the pharmacist finally says that she can't do it because she is short staffed. If you can't do it, why would you take our booking and moreover, why make us wait? That's pathetic service from an incompetent person.

Will never ever enter this Priceline again. Blacktown westpoint Priceline pharmacy is officially the worst for pharmacy and customer service. I usually get my 3 monthly script filled out with 1 repeat and when I went in yesterday to get my repeat they claim that they already filled both the scripts. Worst ever experience ever. The customer service is absolutely pathetic and Im shocked at how they turn it around to the customer as if it was our fault. This is clearly a huge stuff up with my script on their side yet they wont a claim responsibility and continue to insist that I have filled out my first script late January 2023 and my repeat on the 1st on Feb 2023. I didnt go anywhere near price line shop on that day. I asked them to check their camera and their receipts for that day. They said they checked but still cant give me a explanation to what has happened to my script. My meds are due on 1st May in a few days and I dont have my medication. I have to go without it until I see my specialist in a months time as she currently on maternity leave . When I went to pick up my first meds on 30th January they couldnt find it. 3 staff looked and said its not there. I said it must be. They called the guy who was on his day off and asked him then eventually after a very long time went through the stock and found it. This is all 3 months ago and now this again. Huge stuff up by staff and Im left to sort this out myself. No ownership on Priceline, no sorry, not even Willing to look into why this has happened. Im so disappointed with this Priceline pharmacy and i will not ever go into this store again for what I have experienced in the last day or so. Please go to chemist warehouse or any other pharmacy other than Priceline pharmacy especially the Blacktown Westpoint one as I never had any issues with pharmacy meds at other chemists ever before in my life. I have had a migraine for 2 days With all the stress and back and forth phone calls and chasing this. Chemist warehouse Blacktown may be busy but they always get it right. Please keep Using this pharmacy. Priceline pharmacy should stay as a health and Beauty store rather than pharmacy as clearly they are not competent in keeping customer scripts safe.

Never had such an uncomfortable shopping experience. Came in this morning to find a nude lipstick and some woman was hovering around me as if I stole something just because I jumped when she walked past because she was slithering around me and i didnt hear her - was fixing my face in the mirror with the tissues and she assumed i was stealing when I rummaged through my bag..ridic..especially considering there are cameras. Can we not put our hand in our bag? lol. I always purchase from priceline, but never here again. Then I had the girl at the front check my bag because she obviously told her to and thought i stole something.. I said sure and let her check.. Absolutely ridic, find something better to do with your time than hover around shoppers acting like you're busy - you shouldn't be in customer service if you're gonna make innocent customers feel uncomfortable and stand around as if someone is a criminal. Pathetic.
