I booked this pest inspection after receiving an offer at Christmas. I was told the offer would be $190 and included a cockroach treatment in the kitchen. The guy when he turned up was asking what we wanted...a pest spray, obviously. I have now received a bill now for $310 because it was a 4 bedroom house (always has been) and because it was a German cockroach treatment, not a cockroach treatment in the kitchen. Erin on the phone was completely dismissive and rude when I rang to query the bill. I strongly recommend going anywhere but this business for a pest spray. I should have gone with the other companies I got quotes from at the same time.

If I could I would rate this company '''no star". On 3 December 2018 I booked Total Pest Management for 7sm today. I moved yesterday into an old home and wanted it treated for cockroaches and spiders before I unpacked. Unfortunately Total Pest Management rsng me whie I was so busy yesterday and I missed their call They left a message for me to call, which I did but itieas late and there was no answer. No one turned up at 7sm this morning nor did anyone call. I called after 9 when they were answering their phone. I was told that because I didn't call back they cancelled my appointment. If you expect someone to turn up when you make a booking don't use this company.
