        My experience at Job Prospects Blacktown has been alright in terms of customer service and support. But sadly, they're not great with job updates for customers (like myself) and offering short courses with lack of communication. I was offered a Hospitality course which turned out not so great since the beginning. I have also been switched back and forth with different consultants throughout my time at JP. It's annoying, but still a great opportunity to get to know other staff there.

        Waiting time is short. Office is well organised and clean. Staff are friendly and attentive. Punctual and dedicated. Reduces the anxiety of never having a job or experience in attaining one.
