        I called this place up for parcel services and the lady just replied "I am too busy" and hang up on me. Very rude. Do not recommend.

        The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The lady there told me I was being difficult when I asked her to check if my parcel was there and told me to go find it myself. Not surprised she couldn't find it int he absolute mess that is their storage with parcels piled on top of each other in every corner. Ignored me completely even when another customers suggested she serve me. Absolutely rude and unfriendly and downright refused to do the job she is being paid to do
