Red Truck Removals & Storage

We have used Red Truck for long distance removals several times over the past two years. We cannot fault this business. The owners, the office staff and the removalists are all extremely helpful and thoroughly dedicated to great customer service. Everything is very professionally done; the drivers, packers and delivery people are always on time and the communication across the moving experience is excellent. The prices are very reasonable as well.

We used Red Truck in August to move us from Western Sydney to North Qld. Amazing from start to finish. The owner came out and did our personalised quote which was very reasonable, so much so we didnt even bother with anyone else. The customer service staff were always on hand to answer my questions, reassured us of the process and supported us every step of the way. On the day the 3 men who loaded were fantastic. They went out of their way to call and arrange for wardrobe boxes to be brought over immediately when realising they hadnt been put on the truck. Fast, efficient and precise to the very last box. Then on the other end, exactly the same service. Everything arrived exactly as packed, nothing damaged at all. Id definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a removals service. Hats off to Red Truck.
