We are very impressed with the service provided by Mortgage house, in particular without broker Carolyn Manaloto from the Blacktown Branch. Carol worked tirelessly to ensure our loan settlement proceeded seamlessly, and even restructured our mortgage application when we needed to change our type of loan as we had not yet finalised our choice of a builder. On top of that we found Carol to be transparent and a perfectionist with making sure we secure a loan product we could afford with competitive interest rates. As both myself and my husband are self-employed, we didn't tick all the boxes with the banks. However Carolyn Manaloto at Mortgage House Blacktown never gave up on us and found the way to finance our first home. Carol always replied in a split second on any question (I wonder if she ever sleeps), guided us on the path. She was very supportive and professional. We'll definitely come back to her with the next one too.

The search is over. Thanks to Macgyver & Mortgage House, we found a way to unlock my equity and purchase my next investment property. Macs dedication to finding a solution to my somewhat helpless search between tight banks ended up with a sigh of relief. Not only was he very honest, hardworking and trustworthy, he went beyond expectations and listened very well to match my all of my needs. Its not easy going at this as a sole person and he made it feel so easy.
