Raine & Horne Blacktown - Soultani Group

Was looking to buy a house through Hash but he lied about the offers he had. I offered $730k for a property (have evidence) to which he said he had received offers for $749k already which was rejected by the owner who wanted nothing below $750k. The house ended up being sold 1 month later for $725k despite my higher offer which was never presented to the owner even after multiple phone calls and messages from me and my family. Dishonest and unethical.

Unprofessional behaviour : when you have an open house visit and you don't show up. We waited more tha 30 min. and left. What a waste of time for more than 20 people waiting. Will avoid Raine & Horne in the future.
