Athelia and the team at Links2Community do an outstanding job and truly practice what they preach with client-centered care and support. Strongly recommend using their service and I will continue to refer NDIS participants to them.

Supportive, Ethical, Hard working and Committed is the standard that we constantly experience from Athelia and the team at L2c. My family and I have been working with Athelia since the inception of L2c and the decision to bring them onboard has come as such a relief to my family. They have helped as to navigate the Mental Health system and fight of the basic rights for my older sister that has been battering with mental illness for over 20years. In this time we have deal with many cares, support provided and hospital staff who seem to have lost sight of what patients and their families need. Athelia is always there guiding, supporting, directing and fighting for my sisters right. As a result of all her hard work my sister is in a lovely safe home with 24 hour support. Giving my family peace of mind knowing that both my sister and the others in the community are safe. My family and I are extremely grateful to Athelia and her team. Could not recommend them enough.

A genuine and honest organisation. I have worked with Athellia and her team from the beginning of l2c. Having a sister with multiple, serve and complex mental health disorders, and drug use for over 25years, my family and l had come across and exhausted every government agency and big talk, no deliver, NDIS providers. By the grace of Athellia, my sister has gone from almost squatter-like living conditions that led her and innocent people in the community to danger, to now having my sister cared for round the clock in a safe environment. It is unfortunate the process to obtain a better quality of life for our loved ones is long, problematic and full of twists and turns. Athellia and her team were with my family and me every step of the way. The team have extensive experience with government agencies and are the scissors cutting through the red tape of bureaucracy. Everything they are and believe in truly comes from a place of genuine care. My family and I can sleep easier knowing my sister is well looked after, safe, and striving for the best quality of life she deserves. I will forever be grateful to Athellia, and all that l2c embodies.

When new NDIS regulations came out, I appreciated Athelia's assistance in enabling our chosen behaviour support practitioner to continue working in their role. However, over the past couple of years, I have noticed a change in Athelia's approach to clients and their representatives. I once would have described her as caring, flexible and client-needs focussed. The new and current approach of this business is harsh and disrespectful, with poor communication practices. While I understand that businesses need to make hard decisions to keep them viable, there is a way of breaking news to clients that doesn't involve sudden withdrawal of supports or refusal of services. If I personally could not continue to provide a service, before abruptly ceasing support, I would endeavour to provide referrals or at least some notice. ETA: Thanks Athelia, I'm not just referring to the abrupt end you never communicated with me about, but also the time we really needed a simple date extension of a weighted blanket protocol and you refused paid service - even though it would have taken less than 10 minutes to complete. I assumed it was retaliation for me needing to send back the original several times in order for the service to consider it valid and for my sister to actually be able to reap the benefits of the product. In any case, I noted you didn't reach out to me then with such a considered apology and offers of assistance. So I stand by my comments and don't accept your apology which, I'm sure, is only here because this feedback is public.
