Very welcoming service and sympathetic to parents that are struggling with the process of being a special needs parent. I called and enquired about their services for my son. The staff member explained the wait times and I was just so upset hearing from yet another provider that services such a wait. Having her spend almost 20 minutes on the phone with me and went through things I could look into and where I could reach out to for help as a mum. Just to be listened to and have someone care was so lovely

I don't really have an issue the only issue is my son keeps having new person which can be annoying but other than that all is good

Worst of all. No courtesy to return phone call or reply to your emails. Do yourself a favor go to some one who is experienced. Totally hopeless!! And Joyce tang is therapist you must avoid

These ppl should have their licence cancelled. I would give a negative rating if possible. No consideration of child safety, duty of care. Once I ring the reception to find out when my child's psychologist back from her break as I needed an urgent help from her. Initially they ignored my concerns and said - they will escalate it. Nothing happens, second time when I called the reception rudely said - we already told you she will be back next week. I said there are 7 days in next day - which day she will be back ?? She continued like a broken record that psychologist is back next week. - THERE IS COGNITIVE DEFECTS in reception ppl. When they don't understand simple questions like what day the person is resumes work. They do t understand any language at all. When I being firm and said Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.... .. which day next week . Then she replied- Oh come on.... next week means Monday as always. WHICH I CANT READ FROM YOUR MIND. They lack abstract thinking, has some mental health problems and if you attend this pathetic service then you will get one mental health problem from them. STOP. DO NOT CONSIDER this service as its joke, full with maniacs and rude, arrogant ppl. Worst ever service I got in AUSTRALIA Thanks for reaching out and rectifying the issue. I wish to see more proactive and appropriate service/ frm Growing early minds. I recently had word with one of the main manager and she ensures to be look into this matter and listen to me calmly. I can see sincere efforts from her side and her approach was very friendly and constructive. I hope to have good experiences with GEM & wish they can gain more training and exposure to handle customers appropriately.
