Only giving them 2 stars as their policy for waiting list for babies needs to be reviewed. I had paid to be on the wait list (11months) and was confirmed a spot 2 weeks before my child was about to start. Not only did the management decide to cancel my spot, one week before my child was due to start, they also did not refund my waitlist deposit. Now I would have understood if the wait list deposit was not refunded if I had pulled out. But to confirm the spot to me and then cancel a week before starting was just plain rude. The reason I was given was a staff members child needed that spot so they had to give mine away. Ok, now me being reasonable, I accepted that was an extreme situation and was ok to look for another daycare. But the reason for not refunding my money is ridiculous. Please don't enrol here. FYI, They have a really high staff turnover. My other child attended Jumpstart for about a year and there were 6 teachers who left during that period.

This centre provides outstanding preschool education, alphabets, numeracy, sight words, reading and wirting. My daughter improves a lot in speaking through their weekly talk and show. She loves "Month of the country" program and interested to know different countries and cultures. The centre also constantly encourages healthy eating habits. The only downside is their playground and garden are really small.
