Above Care Services (ACS)

My Mother lives with a Psycosocial disability. We have been referred by one of my friend to Aman ( owner of Above Care Services). I spoke to Aman and told her that my mother can't speak English and we are looking for someone who can speak in her language and understand her.I explained my mothers need and condition to her and she patiently listen and assured that she would find a suitable support worker for us. Within a week Aman fixed a meet and greet with an Arabic Speaking Support Worker (Enaya) who came to see my mother . They both were very professional . These girls not only gained my confidence but when they left my mother was happy too. Very professional Support Workers . I am very thankful to Aman the owner who takes personal interest to take care of the client . Finally I can say we are not just counted as numbers . It's been 5 months now that we are working with this Company and not a single complaint I got from my mother . She is very happy and now I am bit relaxed too that she is in safe hands . I have used the services of Above Care Services for about 2 years in supporting my wife who was suffering from PSP a degenerating neurological condition. During this period I have found Aman from Above care Services extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all aspects of NDIS. Aman was very flexible in managing my request for frequent changes to staff roster that was needed due to my wife's health condition. Aman's support staff were also very helpful and compassionate. In short all I can say is that their services and management of support staff was very good.
