        My wife did a Covid test at this centre to go in for hospital surgery. 72 hours later no results. Support given - call a 1300 number and washed their hands off. No sense of priority with this centre

        I had a covid test on the 28th of December it is now the 1st of January and still havent heard back. I was meant to be traveling to qld tomorrow however this has now been postponed due to having to wait longer for my results. I have sent 2 emails for updates and no response..

        Waited an hour even tho I booked and they forgot about me when I said I waited for a hr for nothing they said pretty much rude much even tho I had trouble breathing they just left me there
