Blacktown Mazda New Car Sales

You can tell this dealership has a bad culture. Got the cold shoulder from the sales team when I said I was still in the research stage. The test drive was 60sec around the block and the manager had the most sullen tone when I asked to confirm insurance liability for the test car.

We've bought a brand new 2023 Cx-5 from here. Harley Haber was fantastic. He patiently answered all our queries. From the time we walked-in to enquire about the car till delivery, Harley was easy to reach-out and discuss. He understood the anxiousness of the buyer and promptly responded to all our questions. The other staff were great too, to discuss accessories, not being pushy at all. Thank you Harley and Blacktown Mazda team, it was a good experience for us!

The sales staff at the dealership (Blacktown Mazda) overestimates delivery times and misleads customers. My husband placed an order for a Mazda3 hatchback in January 2023, and the dealer initially projected delivery at the end of March or beginning of April, then May, and finally June. These projections seem improbable, and it appears that the delivery time will be more than 160(+) days.
