Cash Stop

Useless, I went there to exchange USD. THEY Denied without reason. It was after 5pm Other shops were closed I needed money urgently. I would give minus 10 stars if I had options.

I spent 2 days trying to get in contact with my application processor, she didn't reply to any of my messages and she was rude one she did answer my calls, I was not speaking rude or in a rude tone as I understand the process can be timely but abit of heads up on what's going on would've been good.

I live interstate, but I was told to go through this branch to apply for a loan, which I found bizarre and strange. I had tried multiple times to contact this office , the office lady was absolutely rude and very disrespectful to me. I ended up doing a online application, that was a nightmare, I had supplied all documents that was required. I didn't receive no communication for 4 days, and once again tired to contact the office to find out what the hold up was, I was informed the office didn't receive any of my documents , which I sent again via email. Late that afternoon I was sent a email not approved. With no explanation , or no apologies for the inconvenience and trouble I went to in my own time several times. I wouldn't reccomend cash stop to any body, unless you want to be spoken to rude.
