I can't rate this business highly enough for their customer service. Jacquie especially, was brilliant with her parts knowledge and processes. She was outstanding in helping me. Thanks so much

The worse experience I ever had. Never recommend. I went to fix my lawn mower issue with start pull cord. Got back fixed for $85 and tried it. For the second pull it got struck with the similar fault before. Given the machine for repair again. After 5 days one technician called and told me several parts are broken inside and the start chord got broken due to my negligence of use. I asked wether they found these issues during the first time !! They said I was asked to fix the start chord only!! Even second time also I had given the machine for the same issue and they came up with a fix that costs me additional $192 !!! Total costs thus gets $277 !! I have expressed my disappointment and collected my Machine back without fixed hence I avoided a third time drama !!! Terrible terrible service stay away from independent mowers and prompt service.
