Heartland Kia Blacktown

David Dahibe was an amazing customer service. I bought the car from Canberra and he held onto it for 3 weeks until I could make it to Sydney to pick it up. He then even picked me up from the train station. Would definitely recommend heartland motors Blacktown!!!

I personally felt very poor customer service. Few months ago, I booked in for a test drive in advance and when I got there, I was told the vehicle was sold. They should have notified me in advance if that's the case. Also comparing to the other dealers, willingness to help is lacking in this dealership. To jack up the price, most of the stocks were priced with add-on extras, hard to lock in a vehicle as advertised on the Kia website.

We were shopping around to buy a new car from last 4 weeks around Blacktown & Hills District but just couldnt find someone who really was knowledgeable & could guide us to get the right car. Then we came across Indy from Heartland Blacktown who we found extremely professional knowledgeable & dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Indy was friendly, had sincere interest in our requirements. He went above & beyond to make sure that he found the right car for our needs. His attention to detail & response to all our questions was unparalleled. We never felt pressured at any stage. The whole experience with Indy & his Manager Sameer from start to finish was smooth & enjoyable. Thanks so much Indy to help us picking the right car & making the right decision. We love our new ride & appreciate the great help! We would highly recommend Indy & the Team at Heartland Blacktown to anyone in the market who are interested in buying a new car. I just wanted to give you some positive feedback regarding the absolute amazing service I have received from Nicole at Kia Service Blacktown. Since I purchased my Kia Stinger GT, Nicole has been amazing. She always makes sure the Stinger is returned without any issues or fuss. She always calls me to run me through what they have done or follows up for any concerns. Recently I had the Stinger booked in for service. Unfortunately over the weekend before my booking, I received some news that my mother was not well. Because I wanted to be at my mothers side ASAP, I called to see if I could get the Stinger in sooner as I need to drive to Dubbo. I called and got Nicole and she got me booked in straight away. She greeted me and arranged for a lift home and also had the driver come get me when the car was ready. She made sure the service was done and the car checked over well as she knew I have to depart for Dubbo first thing the next morning. This sort of service needs to be recognised and I wanted to let you and Kia know. Nicole takes her role seriously and even while waiting this morning for the driver to take me home, I could hear her greeting customers so politely and with such welcoming attitude. I will be letting all my friends know about this amazing service as you will know word of mouth is very important these days when it comes to customer service. Please ensure that Nicole receives a copy of my feedback and that its placed into her file. I truly hope she will be recognised for this above and beyond service which means a lot to me personally.
