I bought my earring from parramatta and in 10 days they got broke/loose from post (manufacturing error). They keep coming off. I went there the manager temporarily fixed those so when I came home they fall off my ears again. I went to Blacktown(as its close to my home ) branch to exchange or refund them but the refused to help. They said we will send it t head office so they will fix it. They asked me to give pic of original receipt which is sent. I went after 20 days asking for if there is something from head office but they said they will inform me when my earrings are back. After 3 months I went again and the lady said your original receipt was never uploaded (staff incompetence) so please send again. I sent again . In short after 30 days I got them back but the earring was not opening from lock (after fixing) so they exchanged . Poor staff service . In receipt they say the will exchange or refund in case of manufacturing error but they didnt, it was Clearly manufacturing fault. Never going back again to these idiots .
