        Unfortunately had a very bad customer service experience with them and never going back i was trying to return a pan that we bought a day earlier and they kept saying they are not allowed to accept returns/ refunds on such items their T&Cs on the purchase receipt didnt mention any of that.. so must be one of those unwritten rules..
