Gym is neat but man there's some people that doesn't wear deodorant! Stenches the whole area!!

Facilities are limited and not properly maintained mostly, either toilet, shower and so called change room no proper exhaust. Gets quite busy in peak hours and due to limited equipment and less machines you need to change your workout plans Not recommended, better to spend couple of bucks extra and see other local options as bodyfit (if not looking for 24/7) else Anytime fitness etc. Overall just an OK place for exercise

Probably not my favourite plus fitness, but still quiet and useable with most of the equipment in working order. Pros: Friendly, approachable staff, single level gym so no going upstairs/downstairs repeatedly if youre doing circuits. Quieter than most gyms. Most equipment tends to be in good working order. Cons: Location is truly awful! Shares a building with a huge Indian supermarket, very busy and popular Indian restaurant, several smaller specialty stores, a Thai boxing gym an an indoor climbing centre, so parking there of an evening after work is diabolical! Ive given up and went to Kings Park plus fitness on at least two occasions. The cardio equipment is your usual, dated, very ordinary sports art fitness stuff, but aside from that it works. The assault bike near the cardio equipment doesnt work with no sign from management that its out of order or that repairs have been requested etc. aside from that, not a bad little gym.
