I highly recommend the half round drop-in gutter guard. I ordered 24 metres in Shale Grey for my new garage. It arrived within a few days and I installed it within a few hours. The product covers the gutter exceptionally well, can't be seen from below and is a great price. Very happy.

We had the Leaf Man gutter guards installed when we built our new home, and have noticed lately that our gutters are half full of silt, sludge and moss. I've been contacting the company since May 2022 to try to book in a clean, and each time I keep getting told they're too busy to do it. Very frustrating, given that I was assured when purchasing that we could organise regular cleans through them. No other gutter cleaning company will touch it. So it looks like our only option is to rip off $3,500 worth of gutter guard, and our money is wasted. Buyer beware - like us, you may have no way of cleaning your gutters after this product is installed.

Business must be good. About 10 years ago I got the Leaf Man to install guard on the rear of my house. The product has been working well. The two front gutters have been clogging up so I thought to get them out to them as well. Three weeks ago I sent an online form requesting a quote. No contact. So 10 days ago I phoned them direct. My details were taken and I was assured that a sales representative would contact. Still nothing, no contact. I've gone with somebody else. Its a shame. It was a good product.

We have gutter guard installed by Leafman 7 years ago. We have a pine tree that drops pine needles year round which still fall through the mesh and collect in the gutter despite the gutter guard. Because of this every couple of years we pay Leafman to come and clean the gutter so the warranty is not void from using other tradesman's service. For this round, I first contacted Leafman in December 2020 and was told to call back in late January as most of the workers were away till then. I managed to get in touch with Ashley in February and organised someone to come out in mid-March. Due to prolonged periods of rain in March, the scheduled date was cancelled by a text the day before. Since then I've been calling Leafman every 2-3 weeks. The girls always take my number, apologise and promise to escalate but nothing ever happened! I'm not even asking for a free service. Imaging if this was a warranty job! I don't normally write reviews online but am compelled to do so to warn other contemplating using Leafman's service.
