I highly recommend Dr Criton Kasby. He was very considerate and took a great deal of time and care with me on each appointment throughout my pregnancy. He was excellent at explaining everything to me, especially whilst conducting an ultrasound, which I really appreciated. He also used warm ultrasound gel, which was a very welcome little touch, after having experienced the opposite at a couple of other places.

9:30 appointment, we got there early and were still waiting at 10:00. Every other scan we had elsewhere was roughly on time. My wife was busting because youre meant to have a full bladder for the scan and they intentionally expect you to wait there for a minimum of half an hour (were told it is what they normally do). We let them know that intentionally wasting peoples time is unacceptable and voted with our feet. Why pay an extra-over for this sort of treatment? The private system does not appear to have any appreciable benefits over the public, especially for the multiple thousands ($5-6k) overall that it costs.
