Was a horrible experience after the poor reception to the dirty waiting area to going upstairs where there is no receptionist waiting and a very elderly man came out called my name. I walk in he read my scans I have tendernitis, bursitis, 12 bludging disc a fractured spine, nerve impingement and spurs and arthritis car accident related. I have complex regional pain syndrome cause from breast cancer surgery and am in chronic pain. After reading my scans he read my referral and said you havent had scans yet! I said you just read them next he goes oh so your referral is old. I said it took 2 months to see you. Ge said well you have tried everything maybe hydrotherapy will help. I asked so there is nothing else he advised no but why are you on two pain meds im on low doses as one helps my back pain the other helps my neuropathic pain oh which one do you want to give up. No offer of help no examination nothing I left crying. Dont waste your time pay for a specailist he is free for a reason.

Would not recommend. Dr Needham is rude, impatient and either not that educated in pain management or is well past his expiry date to be practicing medicine effectively. Dont expect him to have any solutions for you. You will waste your time waiting 45 mins + to see him only to be told he cant help you without looking at your case properly and constantly interrupting you trying to explain your problem. Only minus stars is suitable for this experience but you have to at lest put 1 star.

I found Geoffrey very proactive with finding me a solution other than medication he listened to my requests and gave me an alternative he is polite and very tentative
