Thank you four people for the fantastic creation of un-substantiated reviews that you all have given for my services. Sincerely I don't know any of you people and never encountered you personally. I see that your main objective was to come to us to get more tax refunds when you can not substantiate the claims. I have on many occasions let you know very politely that I am not able to prepare your tax returns if you can not substantiate the claims. The tax office will greatly appreciate my stance on these unsubstantiated claims rather than withdrawing my tax agent registration! As for the depreciation claims I review the investment property claims and if there is no depreciation I guide and advise the clients to obtain one rather than not claiming the deduction if the schedule is provided to us. I am surprised that there are only 4 of these unsatisfactory substandard services received by clients whom I do not know, out of many thousand clients that I have serviced and advised during the past 18 years of practice. for your 4 unsatisfactory comments/reviews, for each one of you I can get with comments/reviews that you will be blown away with shame when you see these comments but I am not asking any one of my clients to provide these comments as I am not concerned about you 4 people who did not and could not get the refunds or training you wanted and fraudulently expected me to claim a tax refund when you are not entitled to. This Perera guy missed few yrs of tax depreciation claim in the ITRs if fre friends..& when I inquired...he sweared to me over phone..& your command of English....wat can i say, Perera Shahib Who gave u the tax agent licence...u r a f'dump bell ...close your practice & go to Centrelink Shame on the Tax Agent Board.

Hideous. Extremely Bad experience. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. I went there few days ago and the elderly man that attended me was Gross and Disrespectful, with an unacceptable and inappropriate behaviour towards the customer, he talked to me with Harsh language, rude and impatient, he did Not help me at all, and even tried to confuse me with false information. I had to inform my lawyer after leaving this place.
