Received a welcome pack in the mail about being available to help with any issues. I wanted to connect to the nbn in my newly purchased apartment. Nbn co imposes a $200 connection fee for new dwellings. This has now increased to $300! I wrote to this MP via post and email regarding this high fee. I never received a reply or acknowledgment. So much for being able to help with any issues.
