Update: The operation is a failure. Sorry, you forgot to bring the lense, the one one week delay of operation was not due to non delivery of the lense. Dear Dr.Chai and Staffs: My missed appointment on 19 of April, 2023, is not a big deal compared to your negligence during my eye operation, that I undergo all the preparations but did not proceed because you forgot the lense to be used. I just want to remind you the oath you took as a Doctor. The $100.00 fees is not a big deal to loose. Your staff should have charge me instead of denying my appointment. Thanks, Arthur Sta. Barbara

I have nothing but praise to give the doctors and staff at Nexus Eyecare Blacktown. They took such good care of me and I can now see so much clearer after having cataract surgery for both of my eyes. I highly recommend this clinic!

Dr Quin is very professional. Very humble. Explain things thoroughly and makes the diagnosis easy to understand.

This review is for Dr. Quin who did the procedure for my mom. He's so nice, very welcoming and he saved the day for us! He entertained us eventho we didn't book the procedure with him (as Dr.Chai was sick on the day and we only been told 30mins prior of the appointment, and the front staff thought that I received a call/ message about cancellation the day before and insisted that we have to reschedule). He really looked after my mum!

Patient waiting time is beyond ridiculous... How can the doctor be 2 hours behind in appointments??? Dr Chameen - honestly 5 stars.... I know I am in good hands with my eyes... But nexus eye care 000 stars... Don't double or triple book appointment times!! It's unfair to patients and treats us just like goats. So if you are a patient, basically just give up your whole day to come here. Or better still insist on the first appointment of the day. The specifics of what I had to give up and rush around for does not need to be shared b. I even had time to go shopping and still didn't miss anything. Maybe they should implement a pager/buzzer system like a restaurant that will vibrate and light up when it's your turn. Update... Patients would've been more understanding if you just told us the real reason.. But instead people who were unhappy were told that 2hrs is normal for these specialist appointments. Now I know, I am less annoyed. Rating goes up.
