6 burner cookrite cooktop doesn't work as you said on your advertising several time technician came to fix and still same problem been contacting you for 4 days nothing happened You called and said technician would be here today 5 pm still no technician on site just a big lie to your customers you should be ashamed being able to lie openly in front of your customers and let them with a product that doesn't work to operate their business. People don't waste your money on their equipment not worth and not the best service you can expect very disappointing results Simco I will add some pictures to show how bad these look after I bought it new

These people spoke terribly to me over the phone, heard them talking about me with people in the background. Hope they get embarrassed when they learn I could hear them.

Very poor restaurant equipment in Australia. I had purchased two brand new bain Marie CRB-12 (CRB-122008006 [replaced after two months of wait on first purchased product which become fault on the day 1 of operation CRB-12191009] and CRB-121910006). Both of them had another fault with not exceeding the temperature of 26degress. I have been chasing with this SIMCO team for last one month and my restaurant could not operate without Bain Maries as they are the source to keep the food safe for customer. I had to close the business for almost 4 months ((July and August 2022 month ( and also in Dec 2021 and Jan 2022))because of this SIMCO equipment. Customer service Is extremely bad and worst ever that I have seen so far in Australian company. Same lady voice with diffident names - Shayne, Jenny, Kona, Etc. no one will call you back or respond to your query. They will say we understand your frustration. But no action will be taken. DO NOT BELEIVE THEIR WORDS AND PRODUCTS AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SIMCO TEAM. their warranty has to cover for 4 years but they will say we can only cover 1 year and your product is out of warranty immediately after it comes fault again and again. *** I want to give zero star as the system not accepting I had to give 1 star to this bad equipment and poor customer service.
