        Im sad to have to write this review after trying to contact this store multiple times and through westpoint centre management to no avail. Photos attached: purchased two large blocks of Milka chocolate that were expired and absolutely disgusting. We live over an hour away and I have an infant so driving back an hour for two blocks of $16 chocolate wasnt worth it so Ive thrown it in the bin but please, please be careful buying meats etc. from this place.. yuck! They clearly dont care, centre management were shocked they never bothered to return any of my calls. Im 100% going to report these guys as who knows what else is sold expired!!

        Very disappointed at the decline of this store. Is it under new management? This used to be an awesome place to shop, the ladies were multilingual and product knowledgeable. These days the products look a bit tired and there is a somewhat unpleasant odour noticeable when I passed by the other day.

        Disgusting service... lady talking on her phone ingoing all customers in the shop.. stood there for 10 minutes being ignored.. never had such bad customer service in my life ...needs immediate improvement

        I bought dry meat from here and the lady i asked for recepit which i didnt get (only got confirmation recepit).. She didnt weigh in front of me and when i got home was 210grams off for one item and 200g of another. No prices were displayed in the shop either and when i asked they said werent sure
