I would like to really thank you for couselling.I really recommend to everyone,Really worth one hour of your life for this session .I was aware of this sessions as I saw series on Netflix where people were talking freely to cosusellor and they were feeling very good and realxed .Seriously it works ,I dont know how but works. From Day 1 that I started with Maria as a Peer Worker counsellor till now. I find the friendship centre the best workplace since I have been diagnosed back in 2009 with schizophrenia. Maria saw potential in my skills and with her help I completed my Mental health Certificate IV at TAFE Digital. Thank you so very much for all your amazing words of wisdom and support.

Almost 3 years ago I answered to a advertisement on Messenger about The Friendship Centre . I made my appointment which was Free and at that time in Life I couldn't afford it. Long story short ! I walked in a Broken Man and from that 1st appointment with Maria my life started to turn. Maria helped me find where the missing pieces of my puzzle belong . Today I'm the best version of me I can ever be, I have found Love and now know I deserve Happiness. I recommend anyone to take that step . I promise it works.

My husband and I engaged Maria at the Friendship Centre as she was highly recommended to us. Both of us had never used a counselling service before but when we found our marriage going through a very challenging time we knew we needed to take action and see someone who could help us! Maria was able to see us individually and together via zoom meetings and in person. At all times Maria listened and helped us in a comfortable and calm environment! She gave us tools to use when we were outside our counselling sessions too and helped us understand why our marriage was going through the stages it was at that time! I sincerely thank her for saving our marriage and helping us keep it on track for the future! I would highly recommend you to go to the Friendship Centre for help if you find you need it! My daughter has also used the Friendship Centre for grief counselling and found them extremely helpful!

I had an unfortunate incident a month ago which required me to seek Anger Management help, I came across Maria Sarina of Friendship Centre, Bella Vista thru google search and from day one when we spoke on the phone and uptil now after attending three sessions I have nothing but absolute praise for this beautiful, kind , caring and compassionate person...... Maria has this gift of listening and then reasoning out things and giving the right advise with calming influence and empathy. She also showed a lot of professionalism, promptness and working with my specific needs ie hours amicable to both of us. My court case was finalised yesterday and thru Marias astute work whereby she gave me the most glowing character reference I was discharged without any convictions and afterwards Maria told me she believed in me and my genuine remorse and hence the favourable result !! Even after my court case Ill be seeing Maria for ongoing sessions and later down the track we will discuss Life Coaching etc. as I have a lot of confidence in her . I am absolutely convinced Maria has this passion for helping people in dire needs and recommend her 100% to people in similar situation to myself ...... well done Maria you are a truly genuine and remarkable person and thou its your job you showed me the human side of it too .... thank you Maria and god bless Vijay
