Access to the shop in Blacktown was via Patrick St. Person who served me and my daughter was amazing. He had no idea what she was talking about but shared her enthusiasm for it all the same. She's now saving her pocket money to go back.

nerd alert is a spectacular shop with some of the greatest employees and customer service work ive ever seen. at the north rocks location, which is my local store, they went above and beyond to help me find a product, and when i bought it i was extremely pleased. when i came around again they had so many new sanrio funko pops, especially some new kuromi figures which was like a fever dream! they are rare to find as not only are they hot topic exclusive, but limited edition AND in the usa, so i was stunned to see such a good price! i am definitely buying the hot topic kuromi and baku (its sooo cute) for my room! plus, north rocks is looking for a casual so i would honestly be honored to work with such great people! its such a safe place for me to be a true nerd and find the things i need without having to be scared (speaking of which, when i went to target to buy a hello kitty plushie, the employee didnt help me find it, ignored me and when i was paying at the register, the women kept on looking me up and down which kinda sucked, but theyre just doing their job which i cant blame them for i guess, but nerd alert does it so much better!) keep up the amazing nerd alert! (and please update ur site haha,)

such a great store! unfortunately they were all out of sanrio squishmallows (which was a gift) but im checking back soon to check if they have any left! they did, however have some of the new funko pops from sanrio, but only 3 of the types. the staff were super nice and great people, the store was nicely laid out. when i did try check their website, i wasnt able to any sanrio items or even squishmallows. but, overall so amazing and great. i am definitely going to purchase!
