SIXT Car & Truck Rental Blacktown

The person who we dealt with when we returned the car is so rude. He didnt listen to what we telling him. We even told him the customer service personnel name whom we had a communication with and he said he doesnt deal with him. What is the purpose of having a customer service if you have an issue if the people in their branch dont even listen to whatwas discussed with their customer service personnel. We were never treated like this with other rental companies.

This had to be the worst experience I have ever had with a rental company, first we got the truck only to find out its a $500 deposit, which literally is mentioned in the smallest fine print to make sure you dont see that until you genuinely need the truck/car, the ladies at the desk although nice, also confirmed they get this complaint more than often, when we tried to give feed back to your castle hill branch Azrun was more than rude and not even wanting to hear our conplaint! Honestly wouldnt consider it, go to kenards, for the price of deposit at sixt you can get a truck for the same price and actual better service.

Not great. The car was reasonable, but the service was not great. Months after a no-fault insurance incident, the claim has not progressed, while the excess had to be paid on the day and reported in person. Quality of service when things go wrong matters most.

Would not recommend this hire company to anyone. Booked with my insurance to get a hired car in which when we got there they did not give us the car type that was booked. Mind you, when arriving at the place they had multiple cars of the car typed booked, however refused to give it. Claimed that the insurance company did not call them, clearly they were lying. Gave us a damaged car to hire which was unsafe to drive during extreme weather. When returning the car, they tried to blame us for a dent. Luckily before leaving the place, we had taken photos and put the information in the paper work as the dent was already there. They were pretty quick to go quiet when they realised it was already there (I would say they were trying to take our money). This place used to be thrifty, with great customer service. Unfortunately with the new owners and company. Poor customer service, staff are rude, cars given for hire arent of quality unless you are going to give them more money. They will only show 5 star reviews on their website to make them look good rather than the previously last google reviews given.
